Hansmeyerhof - Interior

The Hansmeyerhof houses machinery used for many activities on the land, required in former times for earning additional income or for the farm work e.g. forest and field work, fruit processing, beekeeping but also equipment for the shingle-maker, craft tools for saddler, shoemaker, hatter, straw sewer and many more.

Next door is the farmhouse with all the earlier regular facilities required for the farmers’ home and work.

An exhibition of almost 40 traditional costumes from the region also helps to understand the way of life for a farmer in the Dreisamtal.
